Shalideck SL is a three component pigmented epoxy floor topping which is laid at a thickness of 0.5 mm to 2 mm. Shalideck SL is joint less, monolithic, smooth , non-porous, hygienic, and chemically resistant and is easy to clean and maintain . It is available in a number of colors and has sufficient strength to withstand industrial traffic with nylon / rubber wheels.

SHALISCREED: Trowel Applied Chemical & Abrasion Resistant Epoxy Screed

Shaliscreed is a 3 component abrasion resistant flooring laid with the help of steel trowel, to a thickness of 3 to 5 mm. Shaliscreed is extremely tough, durable, slip resistant and is ideally suited for areas subjected to high impact, high abrasion, forklift movement and areas exposed to chemicals and oil spillage. Shaliscreed provides excellent bond to concrete surfaces and can be incorporated in the design of new floors or as an overlay to existing floors to protect it against impact and corrosive effect of chemicals.

Shaliscreed SL-AS is a multi layer system compromising of Antistatic Primer, Shaliscreed SL AS Base Coat and Shaliscreed SL AS Top Coat. The Total system gives a thickness of 3 – 4 mm with Antistatic properties.

Shalipoxy - BEC a two component Bitumen Epoxy coating, where bitumen is made compatible to epoxy to achieve some specific properties like very low water absorption and good weather resistance.
SHALIPOXY WB: Water based epoxy floor and wall coating.

Shalipoxy WB is a two component, solvent less, water based, low odour, epoxy- polyamine adduct modified coating. It acts as a tough abrasion resistant coating that withstands wear and chemical attack in a variety of applications. Shalipoxy WB should be used in many areas where a solvent based product is not permitted. Shalipoxy WB comes in a variety of colors and provides a semi -gloss finish.

Pencil Coving is 3 component abrasion resistant coving laid by trowel ling. Pencil Coving is extremely tough, durable slip resistant and is ideally suited for areas wherever wall to wall coving has to be done. Pencil Coving provides excellent bond to concrete surfaces, gypsum board, and asbestos and aluminum sheet and protects it against impact and corrosive effect to chemicals.
Epoxy SealerCoat (LB): A clear epoxy sealing coat

Epoxy Sealer Coat LB is a two-part system having excellent adhesion to epoxy and cementitious surface and when cured forms a flexible glossy to semigloss film. It penetrates the surface to bind together the particles to produce a hard wearing surface. This is used as a clear, epoxy sealing coat on epoxy or cementitious surface to provide a dust proof and easily cleaned floors with resistance to penetration of oils and liquids.

Hi-Flow Grout: High –Tolerance / Non –Shrink Grout

Hi-Flow Grout is specially designed for use where high tolerance, high strength and high fluidity are required. It is formulated as a natural aggregate system with a shrinkage- compensating binder and is highly flow able without sacrificing strength or performance capabilities. Fi-Flow Grout is formulated to provide consistency and exacting performance in critical grouting operations.

Admixtures

AIR MIX 200: Air entraining agent for concrete

Air Mix 200 is an aqueous solution of modified resins used for proper air control under a wide range of temperatures. Air Mix 200 is specification formulated for use as an air entraining admixture for concrete of all types and is manufactured under rigid control which assures uniform and precise performance. It should be added to the mix independently and not with other admixtures.
 SHALIFOAM: Admixture for Foam Concrete

Shalifoam is water based chloride free liquid. It is a foam generating and stabilizing admixture for concrete. It provides a heat insulating effect on concrete and reduces the density of concrete.
 Concrete Surface Retarders: For Exposed Aggregate Surfaces

Concrete Surface Retarders are chemical formulations which retard, but do not “kill” the set of the mortar at the surface of concrete. When the underlying concrete has hardened, the retarded mortar surface can be flushed off with a stream of water and /or removed by scrubbing with a stiff brush. Since these compounds do not “kill” the set, if they are left on the concrete or unintentionally splashed on other fresh concrete, they will permit the concrete to eventually attain a set and achieve full strength.
It is a neutral, spray able liquid for application to freshly placed horizontal concrete surface.
SHALICON 537 - n: High Range Water Reducing - Retarding Admixture Type G

Shalicon 537 is a high range water-reducing admixture formulated specifically to extend the working time of following concrete. It is based on Naphthalene Formaldehyde.

Waterproofing

STP No.1: Liquid & Powder Waterproofing Plasticizing Admixture
STP No.1 when used as an admixture forms an internal barrier against water penetration. STP No.1 also increases the plasticity of mortar, reduces water absorption and thereby guards against freeze-thaw damage.
It is available in powdered form without chlorides or in a liquid formula which contains additives for additional densification and acceleration of the mortar or concrete. STP No. 1 will not increase the air content of mortar or concrete.
Shalimar Acrylic Waterproofing Coat: Acrylic Polymer Modified Waterproofing

Shalimar Acrylic Waterproofing Coat is a two component heavy duty Acrylic copolymer based waterproofing coating. It prevents water infiltration, dampness & chloride attack. It is vapour permeable & allows the concrete to breathe.
SILICONE WATERPELLER (WB): Colorless Water Repellent Surface Treatment

Silicone Waterpeller (WB) is water based liquid compound, which penetrates the pores of, treated materials and provides a durable, invisible, and highly effective water-repellent film. Silicone Waterpeller (WB) generally dries tack-free in two to four hours. It protects masonry surfaces from moisture absorption, dirt and dust. It waterproofs the plaster and resists the growth of fungus on it.
SHALICRYL - 215

SHALICRYL - 215 is a unique elastomeric high build coating based on a revolutionary acrylic polymer with quick-set capabilities to resist premature moisture attack. SHALICRYL - 215 provides durability, low temperature flexibility, excellent resistance to weathering and dirt pick-up. Because of a unique UV cross-link curing mechanism, SHALICRYL - 215 becomes more durable with age. It is easy to apply and is environmentally safe and non-polluting.
PENESEAL - CWP

Peneseal – CWP cementitious capillary waterproofing systems provides a permanent solution to leakage, seepage or ingress of water and moisture in concrete by sealing capillaries and shrinkage cracks in both the positive and negative side of the structure.

The waterproofing effects is provided by reaction of different chemical components in Peneseal – CWP within the matrix of the concrete structure forming crystallization products that seal the capillaries and shrinkage cracks present. The reaction is osmotic in nature in the presence of moisture and free lime and insoluble crystals formed penetrate deep into the capillary structure and shrinkage cracks and blocks the passage of water while still permitting the transmission of water vapor and allowing the concrete structure to breath and eliminating water pressure build up.

Shalimar Surflex is a quartz-silica mixture of finely graded non-metallic aggregates, plasticizer and cement binder. It is an economical concrete floor hardener recommended for both interior and exterior use. It almost doubles the abrasion resistance of plain, cured concrete & is particularly valuable because of its non-rusting characteristics when floors will be frequently wet.
Shalimar Diamond Hard : Non-Oxidizing, Heavy Duty Metallic Floor Hardener

Shalimar Diamond Hard is a dry shake, metallic floor hardener with cleaned and graded, non-oxidizing metallic aggregate in a high strength cementitious binder. Designed to be incorporated into fresh concrete slabs. Shalimar Diamond Hard provides a dense, tough surface with six times abrasion resistance than plain cured cement concrete. & is capable of withstanding the abrasion and impact loading seen by floors slabs of with numerous industrial and manufacturing facilities.

Shalimar Diamond Hard has been specially formulated with a non-rusting aggregate for increased abrasion resistance in areas subject to frequent moisture or water exposure. Shalimar Diamond Hard can also be mixed in a mortar consistency and placed along joints to provide shoulder reinforcement. Other colors are available in addition to the standard natural colour.

SHALISEAL PS: Two part Polysulphide Gun grade Sealant

Shaliseal PS is based on liquid polysulphide polymers, which adhere to most of basic civil engineering materials like cementitious substrates, aluminum, glass, wood, mild steel etc. The product is used for sealing expansion joints, door-window surrounding joints & floor concrete to wall masonry separation joints etc. After mixing the base component & curing agent in given proportion rubber like material is formed.
STP TILE GLUE: Fast Setting Dry Set Tile Adhesive Mortar

SHALI SUPER REZ-SEAL: Acrylic Curing and Sealing compound

Shali Super Rez-Seal is a high solids copolymer that cures concrete and provides a protective coating for interior and exterior concrete including terrazzo surfaces. It bonds tenaciously to concrete forming an inert, impervious film that is resistant to the alkali from fresh cement, salts and many construction stains.
